Short and plain.

  1. What this is. A list of entries taken from public SEC and FDIC records, each linked to its source. It is information, not legal, credit, investment or tax advice, and it is not a newspaper.
  2. Accuracy. Entries are copied automatically and can be late, incomplete or wrong. The source record is the authority. Check it before you rely on anything here.
  3. No dealings. Liquidator.news does not buy, sell, appraise, auction or list assets, does not act as a liquidator, receiver or insolvency practitioner, and has no part in any case on the wire.
  4. Watch lists. Anyone with a list's link can see and change it. Keep the link private. Do not put personal information in a list's name.
  5. Payments. During the preview nothing is charged. When payments open, the Wire Pass costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, renews until cancelled, and cancelling keeps the time paid for.
  6. Fair use. Do not overload the site or use it to harass anyone. Automated bulk downloading beyond the CSV and RSS provided is not allowed.
