Demo, play money, nothing is for sale These lots are invented. Rival bids come from simulated bidders. Your play bids are deleted within the hour of your last one and are never counted anywhere.

Practice auction

Try timed bidding with play money

The same engine the Market uses for timed lots: set a hidden maximum and it bids for you one increment at a time; a bid with less than two minutes left moves the end to two minutes after that bid; a secret reserve shows only “met” or “not met”; buy-now disappears at the first bid (or once the reserve is met). Each lot ends every 15 minutes.

Nothing here is a real lot, seller or price. Looking at the practice auction stores nothing and sets no cookie; your first play bid starts a session cookie that remembers your play bids and holds nothing else.
