Liquidation Market · plans

Sellers pay a plan and a small fee. Buyers pay nothing.

Three plans: $1.95, $9.95 or $29.95 a month (or ten times that for a year), plus any sales tax that applies, and a success fee only when a lot sells.

Free during preview. Selling is not open yet, so there is nothing to buy today and every fee is waived. When selling opens these prices apply.

What a sale costs the seller

3% / 2.5% / 2% of the sold price, at least $0.25, never more than 10% of the price, at most $50.00 a lot before any sales tax, plus any sales tax that applies; waived during preview.

Shipping and tax are never part of the price the fee is taken from; sales tax may be added to the fee itself. Buyers pay no fee.

What the plan pays for

The listing screen, the bidding and Clock engines, sale records and messages, disputes and moderation, and the server they run on. The plans differ in how many lots can be live at once and in the success fee. There are no listing or insertion fees, no buyer’s premium and no buyer fees of any kind.

Cancel any time

One click on your plan page cancels; there is no retention maze. The plan runs to the end of the term you paid for, then stops. Lots already live run to their close; new lots wait until you are on a plan again. A change of plan starts when the term you already paid for ends.

Late fee statements

Fee statements are monthly and due on the 15th. Seven days late, new lots pause (live lots run on); forty-five days late, the account is suspended. If unpaid fees older than 7 days reach $100.00 (Starter), $250.00 (Pro) or $500.00 (Business) in a month, new lots wait until they are paid on your statement.

The Wire Pass is separate

The Wire Pass ($1.95/month or $19.50/year) is for reading and watching the filings wire. It is not a seller plan and does not change.
